Executive Sales Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Sales Leader to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving direct revenue through deal negotiations, closures, and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of achieving sales targets.
- Manage key client relationships, focusing on growing their total spending.
- Develop new clients, with the goal of converting at least half into regular spenders.
- Collaborate internally with S&P, marketing, programming, and traffic teams to leverage network strengths and deliver customized pitches for higher yields.
- Sell a range of offerings, including online, brand solutions, marketing events, and promotional licensing, alongside traditional on-air sales.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in management or media studies.
- 3+ years of TV/media sales experience, with a focus on non-FCT sales (client-customized brand solutions).
