Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Delhi region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our distribution channels, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the building materials industry
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages
