Strategic Sales Leader

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Sales Leader to join our team at Builder.ai. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving regional sales growth and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Own overall relationship with stakeholders in the region for business growth
- Engage with potential customers with support from internal stakeholders to manage sales closures
- Keep a track of targets and ensure cyclical delivery of targets every quarter
- Drive campaigns to ensure that pipeline is built and sustained
- Be a champion of our products and ensure the market understands the offering
- Establish oneself as a trusted / strategic advisor with stakeholders
- Support marketing in creation of marketing collaterals and lead generation activities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in selling to Enterprise
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and analytical and a problem solver
- Strong team player, proactive, self-motivated and a self-starter
- Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
- 10 - 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience with ZOHO CRM or other CRM platforms
