Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Leader to spearhead our open market and DSA initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background in the financial services sector and the ability to build and maintain robust partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies specifically for open market and DSA channels to meet revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals and DSAs to optimize performance and drive business growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential open market partners to ensure they are equipped to sell our loan products effectively.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in sales management or business development with a focus on open market and DSA strategies in the financial sector.
- Strong track record of achieving sales goals and developing successful business partnerships.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
