Job Profile:

We are seeking a results-driven Associate Regional Manager - Sales who will lead a Regional Sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tracking daily performance of Team Leaders and Sales personnel. Key responsibilities include generating 2X revenue through team members and ensuring accountability of the P&L of that vertical.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the learning and development of the sales team.
  2. Scout business opportunities and ensure proper briefing to the team to achieve sales targets and revenue targets.
  3. Track and report all sales activities.
  4. Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis.
  5. Establish a structured multi-channel sales framework across business operations with a focus on building a high-performance sales culture.
Requirements:

A successful candidate must have:

  • A MBA degree or equivalent degree.
  • Experience in dealing with Rental properties/B2B segment.
  • Experience in managing sales teams (approx. 60-80 people).
  • Experience in generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Stability with companies worked with.
  • Output deriving capability.

Preferred Location: Gurgaon. Candidates located in Hyderabad for work purposes or permanently based out of Gurgaon may apply.

Notice Period: Currently serving notice period/15 days.

Salary Package: 19 LPA to 20 LPA.
