Role Overview

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Sales Strategy Development
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the region. This involves analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and seize business opportunities.
- Contributing to the overall business development strategy by identifying potential markets, customer segments, and product opportunities.
- Ensuring the company remains competitive in the marketplace.
- Setting and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned region.
- Overseeing the sales pipeline to ensure timely closures and consistent revenue generation.
- Regular performance reviews and sales forecasts will be conducted to identify areas for improvement and success.
Customer Relationship Management
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry professionals is a key aspect of this role. You will develop customized solutions to meet client needs, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- As the main point of contact for escalated client issues, you will ensure prompt resolution, maintaining the company's reputation for excellent customer service.

Team Leadership & Development
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of sales professionals is central to the role. You will set clear performance expectations and goals while conducting regular training sessions to enhance the team's sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
