Regional Sales Lead

About the Role:

As a Regional Sales Lead at Lepton Software, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple business verticals. Your primary focus will be on managing existing customers and scouting for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers to achieve quarterly and yearly sales quotas.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Work closely with Partners and SIs to generate channel revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Solution/application sales to BFSI/Logistics & Supply Chain/E-Commerce/Mobility/Automobile segments.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is mandatory.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of IT/software services is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and product, and build compelling value propositions.
