Role Overview

As a Regional Business Director at Airtel, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in your designated region. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influence the sales organization to deliver Airtel Payments Bank KPIs for the region.
  • Look after channel wealth and partner profitability.
  • Increase market share in the region.
  • Monitor ROI and take measures to increase it.
  • Onboard new partners and implement branding strategies.
  • Expand Airtel Money outlets and attract the right kind of outlets.
  • Implement new product training and business development initiatives.
  • Identify business opportunities and analyze market trends.
  • Ensure quality and productivity of Airtel Money outlets.
  • Drive and increase throughput in the region for money transfers.
  • Find synergies between Airtel Payments Bank and other Airtel business units.
