About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Director to join our team at ASSPL - Haryana. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the operations of our Fulfillment Center, driving business growth and success.

Job Description

The Regional Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Fulfillment Center, ensuring that all functions run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing a team of Process Assistants, coaching and mentoring them to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations, and developing leadership bench strength within the center.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in employee and performance management, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience. They will also be able to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Process Assistants to achieve performance objectives
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with support staff to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives
  • Address operational and personnel issues affecting the functional area

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Ability to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹5,50,000 - ₹7,50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
