Regional Director Enterprise

The Regional Director Enterprise will lead a highly talented Enterprise sales team, driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition through a sales strategy within assigned territories. This role requires a hardworking, driven leader with superb energy, passion, and initiative to inspire and enable success for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enable the team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and build sales pipeline
- Coach the team to close business and navigate complex negotiations and organizations
- Evangelize the validated sales methodology MEDDIC and drive adoption and expertise within the team
- Recruit and onboard new team members, accelerating their productive capacity
- Foster strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
- Run weekly forecast meetings and scale the sales territory strategically
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of field experience in quota-carrying sales, with a focus on closing net new logos. They will demonstrate ability to open new accounts and run a complex sales process, with a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets. Fluency in English is required.
