Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Distribution Manager to lead our Sales team and drive business growth in the region. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. Essential responsibilities include:

  • Create and implement sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with teams to establish and execute sales goals
  • Manage a sales team to maximize revenue and meet corporate goals
  • Forecast sales, identify hiring needs, and train new sales individuals
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
  • Analyze regional market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest solutions
  • Review regional expenses and recommend improvements
  • Attend trade shows and conventions as needed

Requirements

We require a Sales and Distribution Manager with 5-7 years of experience in General Trade for F&V, ability to manage multiple retailers, experience in sales forecasting, and familiarity with CRM software and Google Sheets. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA in Sales and Marketing is preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills, are essential for this role.
