Bijak is seeking an experienced Senior Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing sales and distribution in your assigned region and working closely with cross-functional teams to establish and execute sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement area sales plans and quotas that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and execute sales goals for the area
  • Lead and manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate set goals
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Select, train, and develop new sales talent to drive business growth
  • Develop and present strategies to educate and engage the sales team
  • Hold ongoing performance reviews with the team to provide constructive feedback
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
  • Analyze regional market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Suggest solutions to potential problems and improve customer satisfaction
  • Review regional expenses and recommend improvements
  • Represent Bijak at trade shows and conventions as needed

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Sales Manager in General Trade for F&V
  • Ability to manage multiple retailers effectively
  • Experience in sales forecasting and building a customer base
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Able to travel as needed

Pedigree:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing would be preferred
