About the Role

  • As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for achieving monthly targets through your team in Residential Real Estate.

  • Your responsibilities will include training and supporting team members, conducting regular performance appraisals, and ensuring every team member contributes at maximum potential.
  • You will guide and give suggestions on earmarking and setting up sales procedures for the team.

About You

  • You should have real estate sales experience in Residential Properties, team handling experience, and strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
  • A well-groomed individual with good presentation skills and proficient in communication is essential.
