Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Director to lead our Territory Service operations in India. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee multiple client sites, manage teams, and deliver exceptional service quality.

Quick Clean Laundry Systems is India's first ESCO-certified laundry company, providing comprehensive laundry solutions across the country. With over 1,500 laundries established, we cater to top hotel brands, focusing on sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee Linen management operations for multiple client sites within the assigned territory.
    • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and company policies.
    • Monitor and manage day-to-day activities, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other FM services.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff and supervisors.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide necessary coaching to improve productivity.
    • Ensure teams are motivated and adhere to operational standards.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the territory.
    • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
    • Identify client needs and recommend value-added services.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets for Linen operations.
    • Monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to expand services within the territory.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to pitch and secure new contracts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Housekeeping, Linen management, operations, or a related domain.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with FM software/tools.
