Associate Director- Enterprise Sales - SaaS

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our enterprise sales efforts and drive growth in the SaaS market. As Associate Director of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales Leadership:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new business accounts.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue high-value opportunities.

2. Client Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers at key accounts.
• Understand client needs and present tailored SaaS solutions to drive revenue growth.

3. Sales Performance:

• Manage and enhance the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in enterprise sales, SaaS, and strategic relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, managing complex sales cycles, and closing large deals with enterprise-level clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent advanced degree, preferably from a Tier-1 university. Minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years specifically in the SaaS or software industry. Proven expertise in modern sales methodologies and practices, including consultative selling, SPIN selling, and account-based sales. Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to articulate product value in diverse verticals. Proficiency in using CRM software (such as Salesforce) and sales enablement tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and drive insights.
