Enterprise Fleet Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Enterprise Fleet Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our SaaS-based fleet management solutions. You will be responsible for promoting Droom's SaaS fleet management solutions to large enterprises, corporate clients, and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute an effective SaaS sales strategy tailored to the needs of the fleet management sector.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential clients, including fleet operators, government bodies, and enterprises requiring fleet management solutions.
- Partner Management: Negotiate, formalize, and maintain long-term partnership agreements to support growth and align with Droom's strategic objectives.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and nurturing high-value client relationships. We offer a competitive salary package of ₹80 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience.
