**Job Description:** Enterprise Sales Representative
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Roundglass Wellbeing Private Limited. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our innovative wellbeing solutions to mid to large-sized enterprises.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients. You will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers, developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, and analyzing market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
In terms of salary, we estimate that the annual compensation for this position will be around **₹28,00,000** - **₹35,00,000**, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
The required skills and qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of experience selling innovative wellbeing and/or technology solutions to enterprise clients
- Experience in selling to CHROs (Chief Human Resource Officers), HR decision makers in mid to large-sized organizations is a plus
- Excellent customer development and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter/self-reliant, motivated individual who is willing to take up challenges, learn, and develop
