Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in the Indian market, focusing on enterprise, government, and B2B clients. This role will play a pivotal part in driving growth and expanding our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, corporations, and industry partners.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and close significant deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for the Indian market.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities through market research.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Technology or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in the tech or environmental sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong network within the enterprise and government sectors in India.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Competitive salary: ₹1,200,000 per annum (based on qualifications and experience).
