Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead our enterprise sales team in driving revenue growth and customer acquisition. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Build and manage high-performing sales teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
