Strategic Enterprise Sales Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and execute sales strategy for MTAP Technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.
- Develop various sales strategies focused on targeting the right prospect and build effective go-to-market strategy for successful acquisition.
- Responsible for searching new leads and building an effective sales pipeline.
- Utilize LinkedIn, cold calling, and generate relevant referrals.
- Identify correct decision-makers in companies and set up meetings to understand requirements and how our products can help.
- Maintain and expand database of prospects.
- Develop and manage relationships with senior directors, vice presidents, CXOs, CEOs of target business clients.
- Acquire and manage large-enterprise and corporate accounts.
- Taking ownership and successfully working towards closing deals.
- Negotiating with stakeholders and closing deals.
- Maintaining relationships with clients.
- Delivering growth targets across geographies, customer segments, and products.

- An attitude to get things done and willingness to work in a high-growth start-up environment.
- Proven experience in new client acquisition and business development.
- Will to travel and meet prospects.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good communication skills.
- MBA desired.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on industry standards and location.
