About the Role:

  • Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with financial modeling and project execution best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Closely engage with prospects to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Grow the new business vertical for PAYBACK India, maintaining healthy conversion rates.
  3. Understand the loyalty landscape of India and address specific industry clients' needs accordingly.
  4. Contract and onboard new clients, developing and delivering business plans through market research and analysis.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 8 years of industry experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications: Graduate degree required, with a preference for Master's in Sales and Marketing.
