Strategic Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to join our team at People Hire Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented sales professional to take on a senior leadership position and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships and collaborations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Analyze sales data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a SAAS environment
- Tier 1 MBA or equivalent
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- A strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics
