About the Role

RoundCircle is seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Vendor Partnerships to join our team. This key role will be responsible for curating a high-quality product assortment that meets customer needs and aligns with our vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, promotions, and inventory management to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to develop joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing events.
  • Provide product training and support to the sales team to enhance their capabilities.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase revenue and maximize category potential.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or partnerships (b2b).
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA required.
  • Strong CRM and data management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and contribute to strategic decision-making.
