Media Sales and Partnerships Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Media Sales and Partnerships Director to join our team. As a director of media sales and partnerships, you will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and achieving business targets with a primary focus on increasing revenues in the East & North Region. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding prospective Agencies, managing a robust sales pipeline, and developing long-term strategies for process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Plan, strategize, and achieve business targets with a focus on increasing revenues in the East & North Region.
- Identify prospective publishers and onboard them effectively.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rates and revenue.
- Conduct presentations, build relationships, and negotiate contracts with key stakeholders.
- Develop long-term strategies for process improvement and growth.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing long and complex sales cycles while maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong team player with a go-getter mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Robust analytical skill set and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
