Job Description:We seek an experienced Sales & Partnership leader to build our sales function and drive revenue growth. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, establishing key client relationships, and building a high-performing sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales partnership strategy aligning with company goals and objectives.
- End-to-End Sales Leadership: Own the complete sales cycle from lead identification to deal closure, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, introducing them to Hopcharge's doorstep EV charging solutions.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet sales targets.
- Sales Collateral: Develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Strategic Sales: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and develop tailored solutions addressing their unique challenges.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and potential clients, offering valuable insights to enhance the sales strategy.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, measuring key metrics and performance against targets, and offer insights for continuous improvement.
- Proven success in closing high-ticket B2B sales and partnerships, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong financial acumen, numerical and analytical skills, ability to customize solutions as per client needs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding organizational, team, and time management abilities.
- Strong leadership qualities and capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
