The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in M&A tax / legal firms, with a focus on restructuring practices. A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong analytical and numerical skills is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships to drive business growth
  • Lead client relationship management initiatives to build strong ties with key clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables
  • Maintain expertise in Direct Tax, Corporate laws, Stamp Duty, FEMA, and SEBI Regulations
  • Conduct due diligence on targets and interact with government authorities as required
  • Foster a culture of innovation and critical thinking within the team

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Big 4 M&A tax / legal firms with a restructuring practice
  • Qualified CA with thorough knowledge of taxation laws
  • Excellent client management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A well-rounded understanding of commercial and economic awareness
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

Salary Information
