About the Role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in M&A tax / legal firms, with a focus on restructuring practices. A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong analytical and numerical skills is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic partnerships to drive business growth
- Lead client relationship management initiatives to build strong ties with key clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables
- Maintain expertise in Direct Tax, Corporate laws, Stamp Duty, FEMA, and SEBI Regulations
- Conduct due diligence on targets and interact with government authorities as required
- Foster a culture of innovation and critical thinking within the team
Requirements and Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Big 4 M&A tax / legal firms with a restructuring practice
- Qualified CA with thorough knowledge of taxation laws
- Excellent client management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A well-rounded understanding of commercial and economic awareness
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
Salary Information
