Job Description: As a Senior Partnership Manager at RoundCircle, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, and negotiating agreements that drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate agreements that drive revenue growth, including pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Monitor product performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or partnerships, preferably in a b2b environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
