About Us

Indigenesis Consulting Pvt. Ltd is a leading consulting firm looking for a Business Development Director to lead our business growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and alliances.

Salary: ₹1800000 - 2500000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop Business Strategies:
    1. Conduct market research to identify potential markets, industries, and companies for growth opportunities.
    2. Develop business plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
  2. Foster Strategic Partnerships:
    1. Negotiate terms and agreements for partnerships and alliances.
    2. Draft and manage partnership contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal teams.
  3. Analyse Performance:
    1. Track and analyse key metrics to evaluate the success of business development initiatives.
    2. Presents insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • MBA or Post graduation from Tier I/II University.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
