Job Title: Senior Business Development Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Director to join our team at Paytm Insider. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying, creating, and nurturing business opportunities that drive revenue growth.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in account management and sales, with a proven track record of helping achieve sales targets and driving business growth. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Brand Development: Enhance and develop Paytm Insider's brand presence across various regions.
  • Opportunity Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various genres and the entertainment ecosystem.
  • Negotiations and Deals: Lead negotiations for new business contracts and deals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans and strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts and revenue growth through targeted business development initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the client servicing, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in the event industry in account management. Minimum 3-4 years in sales.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Location

This role is based in NCR, MP, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Jammu, Himachal, and Uttarakhand regions, with frequent travel required to meet clients and attend industry events.
