Job Title: Sales Director for Business Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director for Business Development to join our team at Talent Steer Partners. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion into new geographies, segments, and product partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market.
  • Lead the New Business Development team to create and evolve outcome-based approaches in guarding services.
  • Collaborate with sales operations, supply chain, contracts, and finance to develop detailed commercial proposals.
  • Manage key accounts and develop relationships with major clients to ensure their loyalty and retention.
  • Prepare and present regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with an MBA in Sales and Marketing (preferable).
  • 8 years of relevant experience in sales, with at least 3 years in security sales or a related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
