Seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Director to spearhead our open market and DSA initiatives at STAFFIAA. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background in the financial services sector and the ability to build and maintain robust partnerships.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies specifically for open market and DSA channels to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals and DSAs to optimize performance and drive business growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential open market partners to ensure they are equipped to sell our loan products effectively.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in sales management or business development with a focus on open market and DSA strategies in the financial sector.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales goals and developing successful business partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make informed decisions.
