Job Summary

A strategic role awaits an experienced professional services expert at Everest Group. This Practice Director position in the Commercial and Solution Analytics (CSA) practice leverages your deep knowledge of professional services, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to drive business growth and deliver high-quality client solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6-9 years of experience leading teams in similar roles, with a strong understanding of pricing and solutioning constructs for tax managed services, mobility and immigration services, third-party risk management, financial crime managed services, finance managed services, and HR managed services. A CA or MBA from a reputable B-school is desired.

This entrepreneurial role involves client management, project management, analysis, problem-solving, team development, shaping new services, and working closely with senior leadership and marketing teams. You will execute client mandates by leading teams, actively participate in business development, manage client relationships, and supervise team activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute against client mandates by leading a team on analysis, reporting, and client syndication against agreed milestones.
- Actively involved in business development via proposal shaping, client walkthroughs, responding to RFPs, seeding opportunities, attending and presenting in conferences, creating thought leadership, partnering closely with Everest Group's sales and marketing teams.
- Manage client relationships at middle to senior stakeholder groups.
- Supervise team activities and take an active role in the professional development, growth, and mentoring of team members.

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
