As a key member of our Software Development Company, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through strategic market analysis, relationship building, and sales strategy development. Your expertise in identifying new business opportunities and emerging trends will help us stay ahead of the competition.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster long-term collaboration and business growth.
  • Design and implement effective business development strategies and sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions, ensuring mutual benefit.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA.
  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
