About the Role

We are looking for a sales-oriented professional with extensive experience in the auto ancillary industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage RFQs (Costing and Business Finalization) and new business addition;
  • Add new customers to our portfolio;
  • Timely RM Indexation and PO amendment;
  • Drive Sales Achievement (TOPLINE);
  • Achieve Profit Assurance Plan/Actualization/Increase (BOTTOMLINE);
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships;
  • CSS/C-SAT improvement;
  • Volumes for annual budget, trend, board meetings, long-term strategy, forecasting;
  • Competitor Intelligence;
  • Presentation and Reports;

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 8-10 years of experience in a similar industry;
  • Working knowledge of seating products and related parts;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with major automotive companies;
  • Strong financial knowledge for costing and negotiation;
  • Positive attitude;
