Job Description

This Strategic Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth for Amazon's shipping services in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing and new client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Track lead-to-closure metrics and optimize sales processes for improved efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain CRM adoption and shipper onboarding processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and program teams to ensure seamless launch and troubleshooting.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or strategic account management.
  • Proven ability to manage business performance by the numbers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of English and Hindi, with additional language skills an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative environment.
