Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and developing innovative strategies to drive revenue.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders;
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to secure new deals;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics;
- Conducting market research and analyzing competitor activity to inform business development decisions;
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of business development initiatives and making recommendations for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in business development or a related field;
- A proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze competitor activity;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, finance).
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹50,00,000 - ₹80,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
