Job Description:
The Strategic Business Development Manager will be responsible for curating a high-quality product assortment that aligns with our brand vision and meets customer needs. This includes establishing and managing relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions, and monitoring product performance.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or partnerships, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate a high-quality product assortment that meets customer needs and aligns with the Wyzard's vision.
- Establish and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize the portfolio.
- Foster strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Data-driven decision-making abilities
Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
