Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a talented Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at AKQA Inc in Gurgaon, India.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital transformation, creative and technology services, and be able to articulate their ideas effectively.
You will work closely with our studio leadership team and domain experts to identify revenue and growth targets across verticals, with new and existing clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meet annual new business revenue targets as set on an annual basis.
- In-depth understanding and leverage of AKQA's service offering, delivery framework and case studies.
- Strong understanding and strategic experience in selling digital transformation, creative and technology services.
- In-depth understanding of prospective clients' business and their business objectives.
You will also be responsible for managing sales and negotiation processes, working with the studio leadership team and advising the business development team on response and commercial engagement models.
A successful Strategic Business Growth Manager will be able to drive and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales leads across the AKQA footprint and expand the client portfolio in a balanced manner across the service offering.
This role requires a strong understanding of sales and negotiation skills, as well as commercial acumen. You will need to provide recognition and constructive feedback to team members and assess their performance without bias.
You will also be expected to foster a team culture and environment that promotes work/life balance, fulfilment and job satisfaction.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
