Strategic Business Growth Leader

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Leader to join our team at Indus Net Technologies Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth:
- • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through effective negotiation and solution proposal development.
- • Identify and pursue new areas of opportunity for services and storage.
- • Position and illustrate alternative ways of creating real value for clients through assessing their problems or opportunities and highlighting INT's areas of strength, competitive pricing, client satisfaction, and competitive advantages within net new accounts.
Pipeline Development:
- • Continuously prospect to develop net new clients.
- • Maintain a consistent pipeline that enables meeting and exceeding quota attainment. Activities to support pipeline and account activity include managing timely detailed responses to RFPs, tracking activity, forecasting, conducting competitive research, and knowledge of offerings.
Industry Knowledge:
- • Stay active within industry associations in the market to increase INT's awareness and keep current with market trends.
- • Maintain a deep knowledge of client business trends, current macro and micro economic climate, and potential new business opportunities.
Interpersonal Skills:
- • Ability to effectively present to senior-level management.
- • Excellent listening skills and negotiating skills.
- • Effective questioning techniques.
- • Proficient with oral and written communication.
**Requirements:**
- • 5-7 years in a sales-oriented role dealing in India or global markets, also preferably in the information technology services industry.
- • Demonstrated ability to remote sell, use technology for sales are preferred.
- • Entrepreneurial attitude.
- • Action taker with the willingness to learn.
**Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
- • Strong background and knowledge of strategic sales process and solution selling.
- • Proven ability to translate client needs into solution requirements through creating powerful value propositions and negotiation skills.
- • Ability to influence and negotiate through proven sales skills and needs identification by aligning unique insights to key client priorities.
- • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- • Interpersonal, planning, analytical skills, and business acumen for effective decision making.
- • Ability to make business decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company.
- • Team effectiveness at all levels of INT's and client personnel (to include c-level) on a wide range of topics and issues.
**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
