We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead the growth of our Liabilities Business team at IndusInd Bank. As a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager, you will drive our CASA growth strategy while heading a team of Virtual Relationship Managers and Team Leaders.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and growing liabilities portfolios, with a focus on strategic leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong analytical mindset. Key responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies to expand the customer base and deepen existing relationships, fostering a culture of sales excellence, and ensuring seamless integration with digital channels and virtual banking platforms.


As a sales leadership manager, you will also be responsible for collaborating with product teams to design and launch relevant product journeys and services, analyzing market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.


We are looking for a liabilities business expert with a strong understanding of virtual banking, customer relationship management, and digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in banking, with a proven track record of driving CASA growth and revenue expansion. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, and MBA, is a plus.
