Global Business Development Manager for Auto Ancillary Industry

Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales-oriented individual with a proven track record in business development and sales in the auto ancillary industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities- RFP Management (Costing and Business Finalization): Develop and manage RFP responses to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions.
- New Business Addition (New or Existing): Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Timely RM Indexation and PO Amendment: Ensure accurate and timely indexation of RM and PO amendments to meet customer requirements.
- Sales Achievement - TOPLINE: Meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on growing revenue and increasing market share.
- Profit Assurance Plan/Actualization/Increase - BOTTOMLINE: Develop and implement profit assurance plans to increase bottom-line results.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- CSS/C-SAT: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement through regular feedback and improvement initiatives.
- Volumes for Annual Budget, Trend, Board Meetings, Long Term / 5 Years Strategy, Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely volume forecasting to support business planning and decision-making.
- Competitor Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business development and sales strategies.
- Presentation and Reports: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and reports to communicate business performance and opportunities to stakeholders.About You
We are looking for an exceptional candidate with:
- 8-10 years of experience in the auto ancillary industry, preferably with a background in seating mechanism companies like Shiroki, Lear, DAS, etc.
- A strong understanding of seating products and related parts, as well as financial knowledge for costing and negotiation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals and objectives.
