About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Global Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing inbound call and email queries from clients, providing expert assistance with their account-related needs and concerns. Your consultative approach will enable you to build trusting relationships, offering insightful recommendations to help our clients achieve their objectives while enhancing their value to American Express Global Business Travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Proactively engage with clients to build trust, foster open communication, and provide exceptional support throughout the account lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, including Servicing and Support, to ensure seamless issue resolution and effective problem-solving.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to assess client needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Implementation and De-implementation: Effectively manage client implementations and de-implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to client key contacts, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the engagement.
  • Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company policies to enhance your skills and knowledge, ultimately benefiting the client and American Express Global Business Travel.

About You

We're looking for an accomplished professional with a proven track record in client management, preferably with 6-9 years of experience. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will serve you well in this role.
