As a Client Servicing Manager at Amex GBT, you will be responsible for managing inbound call and email queries from clients to assist with their account-related needs and concerns.

You will proactively speak with clients to build relations, offering a consultative approach when managing our client travel programs, providing insight and recommendations to assist our clients achieve their objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing escalations from the client, working with the servicing and support teams to understand the issues, reporting back to the client and being part of a team that closes out the issue.

You will also be responsible for consulting, analyzing, and assessing client needs while supporting needs to improve profitability.

In addition, you will engage and/or manage client implementations and de-implementations, send updates and communications to client key contacts, conduct face-to-face and phone/internet-based introductory presentations/travel forums and business reviews, and keep SFDC and any other relevant database updated as required.

You will also consult clients on MI hierarchy/UDID/CAP Profile/GSI Overlay positions, manage ad-hoc report requests, implement, maintain, and amend PET and insights reports, and ensure preferred supplier programs are distributed and loaded correctly through PRDS.

What We're Looking For:

  • A graduate with 6-9 years of experience in Client management.
  • Establish and maintain a regional business plan for your client account in APAC, created in consultation with the global account management team and the client.
  • Act as a single regional point of contact with responsibility for the overall relationship.
  • Liaise with the local markets relationship management teams responsible for the specific accounts within the portfolio, aligning with the global client management team and local client management team to identify regional program opportunities and execute against the global client strategy.
