    Role Requirements:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields (Master's degree is a plus).
    • 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting within the supply chain SaaS or tech industries.
    • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, especially in the logistics/supply chain sector.
    • Experience managing multiple client accounts in a collaborative environment.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
