We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Partnership Development Manager to drive our business growth in India.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key clients in the payments ecosystem. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities, negotiate partnership agreements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement successful partnership strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building activities.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, including contracts, pricing, and terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering, to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management within the payments or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
What You'll Be Doing

You will work closely with our Sales team to develop and deliver tailored solutions for large customers, mapping technical SPOCs from customer end and owning the integration and deployment of products. Additionally, you will be responsible for formulating Sales and Go-To-Market Strategy, growth & partnerships, and working closely with product teams to define strategy, roadmap based on feedback from partners.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
