About the Role
Overview
NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Client Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned regional clients to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with regional clients to drive expansion and renewals.
- Build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Work with our network of offices to deliver an excellent client experience in each relevant market.
- Realize revenue and margin targets by connecting client needs with our offerings and solutions.
- Develop and drive organization strategy with local client managers within assigned regional accounts.
- Use engagement skills to establish account strategies with key stakeholders.
- Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts.
- Use our sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast.
- Be aware of and understand international trade policy.
- Meet or exceed quota targets through comprehensive account management.
- Grow profitability, revenues, and client satisfaction levels for our regional clients' portfolio.
- Drive client satisfaction throughout the client's buying process by taking ownership of the commercial agreement.
- Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs and articulating how we can add value through services and solutions.
- Approach account management in a systematic way by identifying the strategy to develop and grow the account profitably.
- Perform vulnerability analysis of our position in comparison to competitors and vendors to ensure the client's requirement is at the heart of the proposed solution.
- Positively influence and enable financial control, governance, and compliance in a region to prevent and reduce financial costs.
- Act as the first point of contact for client issues.
Requirements
- Sales business acumen with planning, leveraging tools and data, and concentrating on our business requirements.
- Sales client engagement and management with detailed understanding of client needs, effective sales planning, and building trust.
- Sales solution skills with knowledge of our offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends.
- Sales pursuit with the ability to create success by identifying and advancing opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Seasoned experience in a global partner management role.
- Seasoned experience in a sales environment and/or customer service role.
- Seasoned experience in the IT or professional services industry with a focus on business development and/or sales.
- Seasoned sales orientation with experience working with clients and business teams to create sales-orientated solutions and services.
- Seasoned experience gained in a similar client manager role.
- Seasoned experience working with Salesforce.com contact platform.
