Growth Strategy & Development

As a Business Development & Strategy Partner, you will be responsible for driving growth and development at Worxwide consulting. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in drafting effective growth strategies (organic and inorganic), including partnerships, service, and geo penetration, as well as value-based selling (VBS) strategies.
• Contributing to Portfolio Reengineering, innovation, and execution.
• Developing new business opportunities and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Building relationships with new clients and setting up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders/principals.
• Planning approaches and pitches, and working with the team to develop proposals that meet the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

Account Management
• Retaining existing clients and enabling upselling and cross-selling of our services.
• Ensuring customer success through regular feedback and touchpoints.

Key Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in strategic sales and marketing.
• B2B sales experience or a passion for B2B sales.
• Master's in business administration.
• Sound knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Convincing and patient attitude, with the ability to build good working relationships at all levels.
