Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our Gurugram team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing growth strategies, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support senior management in strategic initiatives, including OEM partnerships, franchise partnerships, product partnerships, and more.
  • Generate and solicit leads through organic channels, cold calling, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Manage leads end-to-end, from initial contact to after-sales follow-up.
  • Craft comprehensive business proposals and contracts that meet client needs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in business development and sales roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the renewable energy or electric vehicle industry is advantageous.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum, based on factors such as location, industry standards, and qualifications.
