Strategic Sales Growth Specialist

Hike Education is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. They should be confident in building new relationships with clients and maintaining existing ones. Strong negotiation skills and evidence of successful sales performances are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and create a pool of prospects by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, ensuring they understand the importance of up-skilling and navigating their careers.
- Sales Performance: Meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly/monthly enrolment targets by leveraging CRM experience and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree
- Experience in full sales cycles, including deal closing and demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- CRM experience preferred
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience
