Strategic Business Growth Manager

Biomax Security is seeking a talented Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and maintain relationships with clients, drive sales growth, and contribute to the company's success.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional who can manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and conversion rates.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build trust with clients.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems and tools, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline sales processes.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
